Our lobby is made up of a multidisciplinary team of legal and technical professionals.
It maintains excellent relations with the distributors Endesa and Iberdrola, REE. and Regional Governments (mainly the Andalusian Government, the Community of Murcia and the Autonomous Community of Extremadura).
This team is made up of technical engineers, law firms specializing in land and urban planning, former civil servants specializing in management and public administration, private business management, etc. All of them with a working experience of more than 25 years of active service.
Our business proposal for business development.
PHASE I. INITIAL PHASE OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. Attraction of land:
We are currently promoting the development of photovoltaic parks by means of land acquisition, under a 25/30 year lease, which can be successively extended for 5 year periods.
This can include renting with an option to buy or buying the land directly. In these cases, they are analysed exhaustively considering important parameters in the analysis such as, geographical situation, province and town, solar hours, distances to the evacuation point and orography of the land.
Other calculations that are made are the processing costs, licenses, fees, construction costs and management costs of the entire Project until the delivery of the projected turnkey park. The cost of connection is also evaluated, according to the distance to the evacuation point, which can be to the main electrical transformation or distribution centres, also considering the orography, topography, inclination and orientation of the chosen area, as well as the logistics and distance of access to the nearest road network.
PHASE I. INITIAL PHASE OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. Attraction of land:
PHASE II: PROCESSING OF ALL PERMITS AND LICENCES
In this phase the necessary permits and licenses are requested from the Spanish Administration. The corresponding fees are paid and guarantees are deposited to ensure the final development of the project.
The costs of the guarantees and payment of all the fees are a fixed cost of the project, as well as other processing and management costs, including the creation of the commercial vehicle company or SPV, which owns the rights to the land contracted and ALL THE PERMISSIONS AND LICENCES THAT ARE DEFINITIVELY OBTAINED throughout the development process of the photovoltaic project.
The work of the technical engineering, the law firm and the managers in charge of processing all the documents with the local and regional administration begins, from the initial phase of acquisition.
PHASE II: PROCESSING OF ALL PERMITS AND LICENCES
PHASE III CONSTRUCTION OF THE PHOTOVOLTAIC PARK FOR TURNKEY DELIVERY TO THE PARK'S FINAL OPERATOR AND CONCESSIONAIRE IPP
PHOTOVOLTAIC (end customer)
In this phase, a private process of contracting first level EPC constructors is opened, giving priority to the experience and technical and economic solvency capacity of the constructor (who will guarantee the promoter 100% of the work) as well as the quality of the materials to be used in the construction of the photovoltaic park (photovoltaic panels, inverters, trackers and electrical material) necessary for the subsequent installation. The constructor will guarantee the park built for a minimum period of 5 years, extendable up to 10 years.
It should be noted that the panels to be installed will always be of the highest technological level in the world, with the following typologies and brands serving as a reference: Photovoltaic panels of MONOCRISTALINE MODULES of 450 v or higher where applicable. Brands in order of preference: LONGI, CANADIAN SOLAR, SUNPOWER, GINGLI, SUNTECH, TRINA SOLAR, JA SOLAR.
All of them with BANCABLE TIR 1. qualification with 25 years manufacturer's warranty. Also the Inverters (20 years of manufacturer's guarantee) and followers of 1 axis will be of marks of first level and bankable.
